Yes, on-site maintenance is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with emergency service available as needed.
You can use our RentCafe portal app to submit repair requests 24/7.
Residents submit a request through RentCafe. Our maintenance technician will perform the repair or, if needed, schedule an outside vendor with the resident.
No, simply select the "OK to enter" option when submitting a service request. Our technician will leave a card behind so you know they were there and can leave a review online.
During business hours (Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM), visit the office for assistance. Outside of these hours, contact a locksmith.
You may hang pictures but check with the office for other decorations. The apartment must be returned to the same condition as documented during the move-in inspection, excluding normal wear and tear. Alterations may impact your security deposit refund.

We are a gated community with a pool, spa, gas and charcoal grilling areas, a 24/7 laundry room, a dog park, and assigned covered parking.
The pool, spa, and stainless-steel gas grill are available daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM year-round.
Each apartment includes one assigned carport space. Households with two cars may receive a second permitted space.
We do not offer in-unit washer/dryer hookups, but our laundry room is available 24/7.
Yes! We feature a fully gated dog park and pet stations throughout the property.
There is a $450 pet deposit and a $50 monthly pet rent.
Yes, there is a two-pet limit and a 25-pound weight limit. Some breeds are restricted. Contact the leasing office for details.
Yes, we have a pet park with benches for observation and obstacles for dogs to enjoy.
Each unit includes an electric range/range hood, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.
No, we do not provide furnished apartments.

No, all packages should be delivered directly to your apartment. The leasing office does not accept tenant deliveries.

Electricity is set up through SoCal Edison. Water, sewer, and trash are set up by the property.

Yes, residents receive a bonus if their referral signs a lease.
Guests staying more than three consecutive days must be reported to the office. Visitor parking is unavailable on-site.

No, subletting or transferring leases is not permitted without approval.
A 30-day ' notice is required. The fee is twice the monthly rent, payable within 15 days of notification, along with other move-out charges.
